Feminine business leadership not only means: stop pleasing the crowd and get comfortable with making others uncomfortable. It also means, facing the fabric of what’s within you and whats blocking you, from being seen and sharing freely.
You can’t stop yourself from building, just because people could be offended by your sharings, or no one is cheering at you all the time. You have to be your own cheerleader for a long while. You have to chop wood and carry water. Believe in your dreams and visions, love yourself through every resistance and doubtful moment. And slowly and steady build a loving soil for your precious seed aka your heart business, to grow online.

This attitude will set the tone and groundwork for success & it will water the unknown, where all growth starts, to then reach the light. There will be challenging moments where you have to learn, who you really are, when no one is watching, or when faced with resistance or unsolisited advice by others. You will have to use your discernment, in which online spaces and communities you feel good and welcomed, and where you will only loose time and precious energy. You will probably only learn through failure aka experience.
For sure, you will lose people, who suddenly walk away from you, because you make them uncomfortable or trigger negative feelings, with your growth.
And you will experience the same with others.
In all of that, the universe is testing you and asks: “ Do you really want, what you are preaching or do you just want to be loved by everbody and stay in your comfort zone?
Remaining a heart led visionary takes resilience, deep self love and a strong believe in your vision. Your mission. If your ‚Why‘ (masculine energy) isn‘t clear and solid, you will be swayed at any sign of hindrance. Your feminine needs a strong ground, devotion and deep trust, to keep blooming and opening herself up to the unknown, again and again. Therefore –
