I offer creative, energetic and moving ways, to come back home to your body and reconnect to your inner truth and creative flow. As a deep feeling woman, it is easy to loose yourself in another and the world around you.
In this sessions, we will create a safe and slow space for your sensitivity and creative wisdom to unfold. Here you will be able to hear you intuition and change your perspective. You will establish energetic and embodied boundaries, feel more grounded in your body, open up a deeper connection to your heart and find more appreciation for your own sensitivity and womanhood. You will walk away with a cleared and loving vision, a fresh perspective on yourself & a new openness to life, that whispers what´s true for you, right here and right now.

- “Mich kreativ ausdrücken zu können und auch dürfen, dieser Wunsch schlummerte schon lange in meinem Innern. Und dies nun Schritt für Schritt in mein Leben holen zu können, da geht mir das Herz auf.
