I offer creative, energetic and moving ways,

and reconnect to your inner truth and creative flow. In our fast paced life´s, it is easy to loose ourselves in our cluttered mind and the outside noise or to do´s.
And here it is all about coming back home to the body and let it move you from within.
In this sessions, we will create a safe and slow space for your inner sensitivity and truth to unfold. Here you will be able to reconnect back to your embodied wisdom and acutally hear your intuition speak. You will be able to gain more freedom of choice, establish energetic and embodied boundaries and feel more grounded in general. Your heart will finally come online and love can lead the way forward. You will walk away with a cleared vision, a fresh perspective & a new openness to your problem or situation.

- “Mich kreativ ausdrücken zu können und auch dürfen, dieser Wunsch schlummerte schon lange in meinem Innern. Und dies nun Schritt für Schritt in mein Leben holen zu können, da geht mir das Herz auf.
