Having a pure heart, being a highly sensitive woman + an empath, can feel scary and become a confusing journey at times. Escpecially, when you are not rotted in your self worth and healthy boundaries, yet.
There is a certain journey, that every deep feeling woman has to go trough.
And part of this is saying: “No, not with me. Enough is enough”.
I am sure at some point in your life, you also came to a place from within, where you understood: I am not for everybody.
In fact, i am rare and I need to protect my pure heart like my
life depends on it. Because it does!! I cant pretend anymore, because it is affecting my health.

Because you are a wounded healer ~ naturally you are gifted with alchemizing your surrounding – in feeling deeply into the wounds of others and then transmuting their energy into love, abundance and belonging.
If you constantly buy into wrong environments and people wo do not see and value you, it can and will lead you to inner confusion, emotional + physical sickness and deep rooted fear and blockages, of showing up for yourself and shining your truth + light into this world.
Which is why you came here! To be seen, to be expressed and witnessed in your gifts and natural talents.
When you are on the wrong track for too long, (which happens quite often for us highly empathetic souls) you will subconsciously start hiding and dimming your light, your love + your unique heart wisdom, plus your creative expression gets locked down there as well. And you will give away your energy and focus into things and peopel, that arent meant for your highest good.
โฅ๏ธ My pure heart woman, you need to learn how to stay open + flowing in the right places + at the same time practice strong discernment, when it comes to people, relationships and doing business from your heart, soul and body. Because not everybody means well, not everybody is good for you ~ and some just want to selfishly take and betray you.
Becoming anchored in love and truth, growing closer to your heart and intuition + embodied needs, will alchemize this fear and experience of hurt and betrayal, into self empowerment, self trust and self loving aligned action.
It is okay to not be liked by everybody.
It is okay to say “No” to people and places.
It is okay to let go and start new, if something feels wrong for you.
Trust your instincts, your gut and your hearts whispers. โจ
